  • Health Insurance

Release One offers health and dental care options from CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.  We help subsidize the premiums for the employees.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Release One provides full-time employees with 6 weeks/240 hours of PTO each year.  PTO hours include vacation, holidays and sick leave.  Employees can accrue additional PTO whenever they work an approved, extended work week (more than 40 hours in any week).

  • Retirement

Release One contributes at least 3% of each participating employees gross income to their 401(k) account.  All retirement contributions are vested immediately and are made on a pre-tax basis.  Employees may elect to contribute up to the IRS maximums.

  • Life Insurance

Release One provides employees with free life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.

  • Disability

Release One provides employees with short-term and long-term disability benefits in case of illness or accident.

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)

Release One provides employees access to contribute to Medical and Prescription Health Savings Accounts.

  • Training & Education

Release One encourages employees to participate in career-related training, conferences and seminars.  We offer a generous education reimbursement program for degree-based programs.  Release One also offers reimbursements for professional memberships, books and journals.
